Jazz Night – Home from Home

18th May 2017 @ 12:00 am - 20th May 2017 @ 12:00 am

The Cinema Museum and the South London Jazz Orchestra kindly put on two live jazz nights in the capital to raise money for our vital work around the world. These ‘Home from Home’ jazz nights were held on 18 and 20 May 2017.

At the first event, there waas be a short performance from the orchestra, a screening of the film ‘Pete Kellys Blues’, and a discussion about Hollywood. The second event will included a longer performance from the orchestra, comedy from Sion James (Clapham Comedy Club) and guests, and a Q&A session with a Doctors of the World volunteer about the frontlines of the refugee crisis.

Last year’s event was a sell-out! Please book early to avoid disappointment – tickets cost £6.41-£22.07. Limited earlybird tickets for both nights are also available.

Thank you to everyone who has donated the time and skills needed to make these nights happen. These events would not be possible without the support of the Cinema Museum, John Bailey, Sion James, and all those involved with the South London Jazz Orchestra.
